If I would like to use the TripTelevision Media Player, what does it include?

Our state-of-the-art player features include:

What is a "finished minute"?

In production, a finished minute is the final product after all film has been cut, edited, and enhanced (fades, voiceover, music) into what you see when you hit ‘play’. Do I own the completed video or does TripTelevision own the video? Upon completion of the project, you will have an unconditional license to use hours of High Definition, Widescreen footage of your resort. You will not just receive the ‘finished’ version of your footage; you will have ALL off the raw footage to repurpose as you please. You will find our production staff very knowledgeable and accommodating to provide you with the HD raw footage in the digital medium of your choice. We maintain a digital library of all our video so you can call and request additional copies for a nominal research and reproduction charge.

What marketing reports will I have access to?

Would you like to know if you have customers in Europe? Our Analytics tools will give you insight into the worldwide consumption of your video. Down the street or across the world, wherever viewers are watching your content, our reporting tool is able to isolate their location and provide other relevant usage data. There are over 35 metrics reported and displayed in a graphic format that show trends and patterns of the video, a combination of videos, or the entire video library. In fact, a report is generated for every event that happens after the play button is clicked. Our Analytics offers companies critical insight into the habits and responses of their viewers and videos. The overall advantage of Analytics is the ability to adjust your video content and offerings in order to respond to your viewer needs and viewing trends. An added feature is that these reports can be delivered via e-mail on a recurring basis to a number of individuals, thus increasing productivity and effective use of time.

Do you shoot in any other format other than HD (High Definition)?

Our production team creates the original content in High Definition, Widescreen format (NTSC). We are capable of providing you with a copy of your footage in practically any modern digital medium you would like – HD or SD!

Is there a difference in the filming of my hotel and the filming for my Virtual Fam Trip?

We use the exact same video for both standard Virtual Fam Tour.

Once I sign my contract, what happens next?

Once we have received your signed contract and approved the shot time allotment and dates, we will be contacting someone at your property/organization to coordinate details of the shoot. Please request our “What to Expect” document for specific details.

Can I use my own video in the TripTelevision media player?

TripTelevision will gather and/or provide vendors the ability to add content to our media player one of three ways:

1. Vendors can utilize their existing video content and TripTelevision will do the editing and keyword/metatag work for use in the player.
2. TripTelevision will provide a film crew so the vendor can monitor and control the content captured, and then the content will be edited for loading.
3. TripTelevision will send a film crew to the vendor location with pre-approved, standardized requirements for video capture, which will then be edited to work within the software application.

Pricing models are flexible based on the needs and configuration of each client site.
